Eligibility:

• This policy applies to damaged products received within 7 days of delivery.
• Damage includes: torn or ripped pages, missing pages, or broken binding.

How to Request a Replacement:

• Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at hello@sillyscience.in with order id and images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Our customer service team will review your request and contact you within 2 business days to initiate the replacement process.

Please note that Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Process:

• Once your request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged book. Upon receiving the damaged book, we will issue a replacement and ship it to the original delivery address free of charge within 3 – 5 business days.

Please Note:

• We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to verify the damage.
• Replacements will be sent for the same product originally purchased. If the product is unavailable, we will offer a comparable product or a full refund.
